The command used for issuing and using a refund
Player group that is required for an user to be able to use the refund menu.
Enable is used for enabling or disabling the logging.
CreateRefund is logged when a refund is issued.
UsedRefund is logged when an user uses their refund code.
Setting up the database automatically for the script.
